We focus on homemade cooking using local and organic
produce whenever possible.  Our marinara, mozzarella, bbq sauce,
pizza dough, and desserts are all made in house.  The Oven’s little
wine bar serves 20 wines by the glass and bottle and includes both
well-known and eclectic selections. We also have a selection of draft
and bottled beers.
